We had an after hours emergency call for repair of our AC unit. Tyler arrived in the time he promised and did what he could to trouble shoot. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available. The next day we received a call with an update and got the part on order. East Coast Mechanical installed our AC unit 10+ years ago and have done the yearly maintenance each year at a reasonable cost. We had a Trane forced hot air furnace installed in September, the guys showed up at 8:30 and everyone was very neat and respectful of our property. They finished the installation around mid afternoon and we are very satisfied with the level of knowledge that the technicians had they were able to answer all our questions and concerns.
