In December 2023 my boiler quit suddenly, and in the middle of a cold snap. I placed a call to East Coast and received immediate assistance. In under a week they ordered, obtained and installed a brand new tankless boiler. The installation crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. We had a Trane forced hot air furnace installed in September, the guys showed up at 8:30 and everyone was very neat and respectful of our property. They finished the installation around mid afternoon and we are very satisfied with the level of knowledge that the technicians had they were able to answer all our questions and concerns. The next day we received a call with an update and got the part on order.
