First time called them for sudden issue that occurs to our heating, they were very friendly schedule my appointment same day! Eddie the technician came in was very professional, responsive and respectful young man. He changed our boiler and multiple other things explained everything in a very knowledgeable manner finished the job same day and came in next day due to other issue without even charging us. Highly recommend them for any issues with your heating &cooling system, customer service is perfect, definitely will deal them again!

We had a Trane forced hot air furnace installed in September, the guys showed up at 8:30 and everyone was very neat and respectful of our property. They finished the installation around mid afternoon and we are very satisfied with the level of knowledge that the technicians had they were able to answer all our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new furnace the Trane is so very very quiet and the technician tuned it to perfection. Oh and the staff at the east coast office is also very friendly and helpful they deserve a five star rating.

When my service man I had been using for over 25 years retired we had difficulty finding someone good and dependable at a reasonable cost to replace him. After a couple tries with others we ended up at East Coast and are very happy we did. They are professional, prompt and cost is reasonable. We had an after hours emergency call for repair of our AC unit. Tyler arrived in the time he promised and did what he could to trouble shoot. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available. The next day we received a call with an update and got the part on order.
