In December 2023 my boiler quit suddenly, and in the middle of a cold snap. I placed a call to East Coast and received immediate assistance. In under a week they ordered, obtained and installed a brand new tankless boiler. The installation crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. We had an after hours emergency call for repair of our AC unit. Tyler arrived in the time he promised and did what he could to trouble shoot. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available. We had a Trane forced hot air furnace installed in September, the guys showed up at 8:30 and everyone was very neat and respectful of our property. They finished the installation around mid afternoon and we are very satisfied with the level of knowledge that the technicians had they were able to answer all our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new furnace the Trane is so very very quiet and the technician tuned it to perfection. I’ve contacted East coast mechanical for estimates for two separate new equipment installations, and both times they did excellent work and gave a honest, fair estimate – no surprises when I got the bill and that’s rare!
